Departs from Palmer and follow the Knik River Valley toward the edge of the massive Knik Glacier, where deep blue icebergs float year-round at the glacier’s terminus lake. From there, the flight traces the full length of the glacier before climbing over the Chugach Mountains, revealing a dramatic transition from icefields and peaks to Alaska’s rugged coastal landscape.

As the terrain opens into Prince William Sound, glacier-carved fjords, turquoise water, and remote islands come into view. From the air, you’ll see tidewater glaciers spilling into the sea, mountains rising straight from the water, and vast stretches of untouched wilderness—offering a powerful sense of just how wild and expansive this region of Alaska truly is.

Landings vary by season & conditions and could include floatplane access to glacially fed lakes with icebergs, private ocean coves by waterfalls, winter ski landings, or gravel runways near glacial lagoons.

Rather we pick you up? We do offer pick up and drop ‘s off at select hotels & airbnbs in the Matsu Valley and Anchorage. Cost begins at $100. If you’re interested in this option give us a call and we can arrange.

During the Prince William Sound Tour, you will fly up the entire 25 length of the Knik Glacier or equally as impressive, Colony Glacier and over the Chugach Mountains.
The Prince William Sound is a highlight of your trip featuring towering peaks, glaciers and deep blue-green water.

While we cannot land directly on the glacier, if you book a tour that includes a landing, we can land in a variety of scenic areas. Landing locations variety based on conditions & your safety is always our priority but could include: dirt strips near iceberg filled lagoons, sand bars & beaches, gravel runways, on lakes (frozen ones, too!)

Our  flight tours are typically offered in our Cessna 206 (max 5 guests) or Cessna 180/185 (max 3 guests). Each plane is well maintained and equipped with large windows for the best visibility we can offer to our guests.

Togo Aviation has a flexible cancellation policy: Full refunds are available up to 7 days before your departure date; cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled, at our discretion. Cancellations due to weather are always refundable or able to be rescheduled, pending availability.

Yes! All our flightseeing tours are suitable for all ages, offering an exciting and memorable experience for the whole family. Children under the age of 2-years are free. Please note the child must ride on an adult’s lap. We request advance notice of all passengers that will be on the flight, including lap babies.
