Departing from Palmer, this unforgettable flightseeing tour takes you on a scenic journey through the heart of Southcentral Alaska as you make your way to the coastal community of Seldovia. From the air, enjoy stunning views of snow-capped mountains, fjords, and the waters of Kachemak Bay. Keep an eye out for sea otters, bald eagles and other wildlife along the way. 

Upon arrival, hop on an e-bike and explore charming boardwalks, hidden coves and scenic coastline at your own pace. Enjoy quiet paths with views of the bay, stopping for unbelievable photo opportunities and to take in the fresh sea air. Your experience includes round trip flights from Palmer to Seldovia with 3.5 hours to explore the coastal community as well as e-bike rentals.

What to Bring With You

Our flightseeing adventures require very little prep, but bringing the right items will help ensure a comfortable experience.

  • Shades are a must

    Clouds and snow reflect a lot of light from the sun. We recommend bringing a pair of quality sunglasses so you don’t have to squint against the glare or snow.

  • Pack a Snack

    We recommend packing a light snack for your flight tour & water. You are welcome to bring a small bag on the trip.

  • Take Lots of Photos

    Don’t forget to bring your phone or a good camera with an empty memory card. You will want to remember these views!

  • Dress in Layers

    We recommend dressing in layers and wearing comfortable clothing suitable for the weather conditions.

After a pre-flight safety briefing we’ll head out to experience Alaska from the air enroute to an amazing destination.

Here are common questions and answers to help you get ready for your adventure!

We are located at Palmer Municipal Airport (PAAQ). Less than an hour from Anchorage. Our address is:

720 E Yukon St, Palmer, AK 99645

Rather we pick you up? We do offer pick up and drop ‘s off at select hotels & airbnbs in the Matsu Valley and Anchorage. Cost begins at $100. If you’re interested in this option give us a call and we can arrange.

The cost includes your flight from our hangar in Palmer, Alaska to Seldovia; a few hours on the ground; and the flight back to Palmer.

Two foldable e-bikes (they’ll be packed in the plane for you) are included for you to get from the airport to town (or to explore local roads and trails). Headsets will be available for every member of your group.

Meals are not included. 

Weather can be unpredictable, especially over the mountains. If your trip is cancelled due to weather, we will gladly reschedule, provide a full refund, or – if you are willing – redirect you to an alternate location that is equally impressive. If the cost of your alternate choice is cheaper, we will refund the difference. 

Yes, this adventure includes two e-bikes to allow you to get to & around town upon arrival.

This tour is private for just you your plus one. While the aircraft can accommodate more people, two foldable e-bikes are included in the price and will go in the plane with you to enable you to maximize your time on the ground in Seldovia. Have a larger group and don’t want the e-bikes? Give us a call to customize an adventure for you!

Our Featured Adventures are offered in either our Cessna 206 (5 guests) or our Cessna 180 (3 guests) depending on availability and group size. Each plane is well maintained and equipped with large windows for the best visibility we can offer to our guests.

Whether you want to go biking, hiking, kayaking, berry picking, fishing, or just exploring – the quaint, secluded and tiny coastal town of Seldovia, Alaska offers it all. 

Absolutely! Sport fishing from the shore is one of the most popular things to do in Seldovia, especially when the salmon are running. You will need to obtain a sport fishing license and review the latest version of the ADF&G regulations. Need a fishing rod?
The local office of the ADF&G offers loaner rods to anglers, free of charge, you just need to supply the tackle.
